Melissa ISD community facility rentals close during the summer months and reopen on Sept. 1 in conjunction the start of the new school year.
Non-school entities that wish to use a district facility must complete and submit an Application for Facility Use to the Melissa ISD facilities department at least 20 days prior to the desired date of use. For further information, including guidelines and pricing, refer to the instructions posted online at www.melissaisd.org/facilities.
Melissa ISD facilities are designated primarily for educational purposes and school-related activities. District facilities may also be used outside of school hours for meetings of students, district employees, school-affiliated organizations (i.e. PTO, booster clubs), community groups, and other organizations and for-profit groups.
