Community Facility Rentals

Thank you for your interest in renting a district facility. Melissa ISD facilities are designated primarily for educational purposes and school-related activities. District facilities may also be used outside of school hours for meetings of students, district employees, school-affiliated organizations (i.e. PTO, booster clubs), community groups, and other organizations and for-profit groups.

Scheduling Facility Rentals

Melissa ISD uses an online scheduling platform, Event Manager, for community facility rentals.

If you would like to rent a district facility, you will first need to create an account and an organization within the Event Manager portal by following the step-by-step scheduling instructions; this will serve as your Application for Facility Use.
