The Melissa High School Track and Field team has six athletes headed to the UIL Regional II Track Meet. The MHS Track and Field team competed at the UIL 5A Area 13-14 Track Meet on Thursday, April 11, in Lancaster, TX. The MHS Track and Field team left the meet victorious with six athletes qualifying for Regionals, two MHS athletes beating the previous school record, and one athlete coming home as the Area Champion in his event.
The Regional Track Meet will take place on Friday and Saturday, April 19-20, 2024, at Maverick Stadium in Arlington, TX. Good luck to all of these student-athletes. Go Cardinals!
