Melissa ISD Parents/Guardians: The notice linked below includes detailed information about the parental consent requirements and options regarding your student’s permission to check out books from their school library. No action is required for students in Pre-K or for students in grades K-5. For students in grades 6-12, parental consent is required in order for the student to check out books from the school library that are outside of the standard juvenile collection. Please review the notice for more information and a link to the consent form for your student’s school.
