Join us on Friday, Aug. 28 at Coach Kenny Deel Stadium for the Melissa Cardinals Varsity Football home opener, where we’re not just supporting our team but also teaming up to “Wipe Out Kids’ Cancer.” The doors open at 6:00 p.m. with kick-off at 7:00 p.m. The Cardinals take on Pulaski Academy, a top 20 team in the state of Arkansas by MaxPreps. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to Wipe Out Kids’ Cancer (WOKC), supporting the fight against pediatric cancer.
WOKC is a non-profit organization that supports children with cancer and their families while funding research for new pediatric cancer treatments. To find out more information about this organization and what they do, visit www.wokc.org.
