Ashley Price, East Cardinal Middle School Assistant Principal
Ms. Ashley Price is in her second year with Melissa ISD and brings 15 years of educational experience to her new role as Assistant Principal at East Cardinal Middle School. Prior to joining the administrative team at ECMS, she served in a variety of roles including Social Studies, Science, English, and Innovative Design teacher, as well as Volleyball and Basketball Coach and Athletic Director across multiple districts. Her experience spans throughout Copperas Cove, Denton, McKinney, Allen, and in Maryland. Ashley is overjoyed to serve as an Assistant Principal at ECMS as she is dedicated to inspiring excellence while collaborating with teachers, students, and the community to promote continuous academic growth.
ECMS Principal Melinda Keen shared, “Ms. Price is a natural leader. As a teacher, her ability to make connections with both students and staff has been a wonderful addition to our East Cardinal Family. She has a servant's heart and is always looking for ways to improve so that she can be better for the people around her. We look forward to having her step into a leadership role next year.”
