The Melissa High School Tennis team advanced three athletes to the UIL Regional Tennis Meet which will be held at the Melissa Z-Plex on May 9-10, 2024.
The athletes competed at the UIL District Tennis Meet on Wednesday, April 24 and Thursday, April 25. Cade Gentry and Eddie Zeng placed 1st in boys doubles, earning the title of district champion and advancing to regionals along with Rylee Reddick who placed 2nd in girls singles. Ayan Bhardwaj placed 3rd in boys singles and is an alternate for the Regional Meet.
