We invite our HES families to join us on May 12-13 for Cardinals in the Courtyard! Enjoy lunch in the courtyard with your student during their grade-level lunch on the date and time scheduled below.
Tuesday, May 12
PreK @ 10:15 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
1st Grade @ 11:20 a.m. - 11:50 a.m.
3rd Grade @ 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
5th Grade @ 1:45 p.m. - 2:15 p.m.
Wednesday, May 13
Kindergarten @ 10:45 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
2nd Grade @ 11:55 a.m. - 12:25 p.m.
4th Grade @ 1:05 p.m. - 1:35 p.m.
All guests must pre-register, bring ID, and check in at the gate on the west side of the playground. Please complete the Pre-Registration Form before Wednesday, May 6, at 4 p.m. If you have students in multiple grade levels and plan to attend multiple lunches, please fill out the form for each picnic time you plan to attend. For the safety of our staff and students, please limit your participation to two adults per child.
Students can purchase a lunch in the cafeteria, bring their lunch, or have an outside lunch brought in by a parent/guardian. Guests must bring their own lunch. Please make sure to bring a blanket and/or chairs to sit on for your family picnic if you desire.
Important Note: All family picnic lunches are subject to the Texas weather. If it is determined that an outside lunch would be unsafe, we will share that information with you as early as possible.
