Practically perfect in every way and coming to the East Cardinal Middle School stage this spring: Join the ECMS Theatre for their production of Mary Poppins Jr. Come support these students as they bring this beloved tale to life on stage April 27, 28, & 30, at 7:00 p.m. at ECMS.
Set in England in 1910, Mary Poppins Jr. follows the Banks family as they welcome a mysterious new nanny who changes everything. With the help of the cheerful Bert, Mary Poppins brings a mix of magic and common sense to help Jane and Michael rediscover the importance of family. Filled with unforgettable songs, lively dance numbers, and heartwarming moments, this enchanting production is a perfect family experience.
"This year, we have been blessed with so many great singers," Director Louise Hickey said. "The young performers opened their musical season with an impressive 10th Annual Salute to Broadway, themed In the Room Where it Happens. The upcoming spring musical will focus heavily on the big ensemble numbers. The ensemble is truly the magic of the show."
