Melissa High School will offer the PSAT/NMSQT on campus on Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2021. Seats are limited and will be offered to juniors and sophomores on a first come, first served basis. The cost to take the test is $18. Online registration and in-person payment are required no later than Oct. 1.

How to Register

Step 1:  Complete the registration form. (Please make sure you are signed into your school email account.)

Step 2:  Once you have completed the registration form, your registration is not final until you submit your payment. Payments must be submitted as follows during the week of Sept. 27 - Oct. 1:

  • $18 cash or check made out to Melissa ISD.
  • Cash or check delivered to Ms. Stover in the Main Office, A108, between 8:00 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.
  • A receipt and a study guide will be given to each student.
  • Registration will be confirmed.

What is the PSAT?

The PSAT/NMSQT is not a required test; however, it is an outstanding practice opportunity for the SAT and ACT. Important Note: The PSAT/NMSQT is not equivalent to the SAT nor the ACT; students can register for these exams by visiting sat.org and/or act.org.
