Melissa High School will offer a free SAT assessment on Wednesday, March 22 as part of SAT School Day, in partnership with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and CollegeBoard. SAT School Day is open to Melissa High School juniors who complete registration in advance. Seniors who did not participate in SAT School Day last October can also register for this session.
Online registration through the school opens Monday, Feb. 20 and is required as detailed below. Seats are limited and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Registration will end when all seats are reserved or at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8.
- How to Register: Students do not need to register for the SAT School Day through CollegeBoard; instead, students must register by completing the Google Form that they will receive through their school email from Mrs. Stover at 11 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 20. Students who do not receive the email can contact Mrs. Stover at cstover@melissaisd.org.
- Accommodations: In order for a student to receive special accommodations during SAT School Day, those accommodations must be preapproved through CollegeBoard. Students who have questions regarding testing accommodations should contact their Alpha Counselor.
