Melissa ISD has released the school zoning boundary lines for Harry McKillop Elementary and North Creek Elementary, which will take effect beginning with the 2018-19 school year.
Also available from Templeton is a report that forecasts the projected attendance growth patterns for Harry McKillop Elementary and North Creek Elementary over the next 10 years.
The Melissa ISD elementary boundary map is the result of collective and ongoing growth planning by the Melissa Schools administrative team, Templeton Demographics, and the Melissa Schools Board of Trustees.
The school board expressed the desire to not divide any neighborhoods at this time. The elementary boundary lines were finalized and approved by the school board at a special meeting on Feb. 19, 2018.
The Melissa Schools Board of Trustees is currently updating transfer policies; more information will be made available at a later date.
