- May 30: Memorial Day - District Closed
- June 27 - July 8: District Closed
- August 1: Online Registration Opens for Returning Students
- August 8: Deadline to Register for First Day Bus Service
- August 23: First Day of School
Confirm or Update Your Contact Information
Melissa ISD parents and guardians should ensure that they have a current email address and phone number on file with the school. The district will communicate important updates to families via email and text over the summer and as the new school year begins. Back-to-School Information
During the summer, Melissa ISD will publish Back-to-School overviews, which will feature school supply lists, school day hours, enrollment and registration information, bell schedules, back-to-school events, and more.
