Melissa ISD in partnership with Collin Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) will offer English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for adults. Classes are free of charge; however, registration is required.

Collin AEL ESL classes offer instruction and practice to adults in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English. The program teaches citizenship skills in all ESL classes, but also offers specific classes to prepare students to pass the USCIS Citizenship Test.

Beginning Tuesday, Jan. 11, the free adult ESL classes will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Crossland Learning Center, located at 1904 Cooper Street next to the Melissa ISD Home Office. Those interested in attending must register.

Questions can be directed to Collin AEL at collinael@grayson.edu or 972-349-4550. For more information, visit the Collin AEL website at www.collinael.com.
