Required Information for UIL Participation
Melissa ISD students in grades 7-12 who are participating in UIL athletics, band, cheerleading, and colorguard are required to have certain information on file with the school each year in order to be eligible for participation in their desired program(s).
All required documentation must be completed annually for the participating student, using the Rank One platform, by the program deadline. Follow the instructions outlined on this page to access Rank One and complete your student's required information for the upcoming school year.
