“You Deserve It!” Scholarship

Deadline: Monthly Ongoing

ScholarshipOwl is giving away a $1,000 “You Deserve It!” Scholarship to one student at least 16 years of age pursuing any major. A winner will be chosen at random. The scholarship winner will have the funds go towards their tuition fees. Learn more and apply.


HSC Warranty Scholarship

Deadline: December 1, 2017

Home Service Club Warranty awards $2,000 a high school senior or college students living in the United States. Entry requires applicants to post a video creatively responding to a prompt. Learn more and apply.


Texas Farm Credit Scholarship

Deadline: December 1, 2017

Each year Texas Farm Credit presents $2,000 postsecondary scholarships to five future ag leaders who live in Texas Farm Credit’s 100-county territory. Learn more and apply.


Living For Zachary Scholarship

Deadline: December 15, 2017

Living For Zachary awards three $2,500 academic scholarships to graduating high school seniors in the Collin County area. Learn more and apply.


Discover Scholarship

Deadline: December 31, 2017

Dallas Jewish Community Foundation Scholarships

Deadline: January 5, 2018

The Dallas Jewish Community Foundation awards nearly 50 scholarships to eligible students from Dallas, Denton, and Collin counties. High school seniors, undergraduate, and graduate students of any and all faiths are encouraged to apply. Learn more and apply.


Terry Foundation Scholarship – FTIC

Deadline: January 12, 2018

Students who exhibit leadership skills, have strong academic abilities and have financial need are eligible to apply for the Terry Scholarship. Recipients of the Terry Scholarship receive a full ride to Texas Woman’s University and are often able to graduate without accumulating any debt. Learn more and apply.


TWU Scholars Program Scholarship

Deadline: January 12, 2018

The President’s Leadership Council is open to students who rank in the top 15% of their graduating class and display strong leadership. Students admitted to this program will receive a $1,500 scholarship, renewable for up to four years. Thirty council members will be selected for the 2018-19 academic year. Learn more and apply.


Healthcare Leaders Scholarship

Deadline: January 29, 2018

Nurse.org is seeking applications for the Healthcare Leaders Scholarship with an award of $1,000. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or above, be pursuing a degree related to healthcare, and submit a 600-1000 word essay. Learn more and apply.


HonorsGradU Design A Better Future Scholarship

Deadline: February 11, 2018

High school seniors are invited to submit a proposal for how they’ll better their communities for a chance to win one of five $10,000 tuition awards. HonorsGradU will also fund the top project up to $5,000. Learn more and apply.


Collin County Master Gardeners Scholarship

Deadline: April 13, 2018

The Collin County Master Gardeners Association will award two $2,000 scholarships to two eligible Collin County high school seniors for the 2018-19 academic year. Learn more and apply.
