“These kids work extremely hard week in and week out – most of the time I have to kick them out of the weight room and make them go home at the end of the day,” said coach Jacob Alford. “I am extremely proud of this group of kids, and I am looking forward to seeing how many of them will qualify to lift in the regional meets coming up at the end of February for girls and the beginning of March for boys.”
